Meet Lisa Connelly
​Hi, I’m Lisa and I’m so glad you are here. I am a Registered Social Service Worker and trauma-informed counsellor, providing virtual counselling through Aspect Psychotherapy.
I support adults and seniors who are navigating anxiety, depression, parenting, caregiving, grief and life transitions.
Whether you’re working through past experiences, feeling overwhelmed or working through some of the messy stuff life throws at us, I am here to support you.
I take a grounded, person-centered approach, which means I’ll meet you where you’re at, without judgment or pressure.
My sessions are rooted in mindfulness, and I sometimes weave in simple breathing techniques or body-based practices from my yoga background—tools that can help you feel more connected to yourself in the moment.
